About the Conference

Dear colleagues!

		The 2016 year is an important milestone for our Institute.  February 25, 2016 marks 100 years since the birth of Yevgeny N. Meshalkin, Member of Russian Academy of Medical Sciences (RAMS), one of the founders of national cardiac surgery and the founder of Novosibirsk Research Institute of Circulation Pathology. Ye. N. Meshalkin developed and implemented the method of inhalation anesthesia and angiocardiography. He was the first in the world to perform more than 30 types of heart surgery. Ye. N. Meshalkin also founded a scientific school that makes our Institute one of the leading institutions in the country to help patients suffering from cardiovascular diseases.

We are happy to announce that on June 16 -18, 2016 the Institute will host the “IX Scientific Conference dedicated to the 100^th Anniversary of Academician Ye. N. Meshalkin."

Experts of the leading medical institutions of Russia, China, Japan, Germany, USA, Italy, Israel etc. will participate in the conference. We expect about 500 specialists including cardiovascular surgeons, specialists in endovascular diagnostics and methods, cardiologists, internists, pediatric cardiologists, oncologists, radiologists, radiotherapists, neurosurgeons and neurologists to be involved in the “IX Scientific Conference Dedicated to the 100^th Anniversary of Academician Ye. N. Meshalkin."
